We ordered a neon sign for our cocktail bar’s reopening and honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
First off, the communication was fantastic. We had a custom shape in mind - not just text - and the design team turned our rough sketch into a proper render within 48 hours. They even advised us on color combinations.
Once approved, the production was quick, and it arrived sooner than promised. We were a bit worried about customs since we’re based in Ireland, but everything cleared smoothly.
What really stood out was the attention to detail - the cables were neatly hidden, they added a dimmer, and even a small note inside the box with installation tips.
Wir hatten eine Veranstaltung in weniger als zwei Wochen und wollten ein personalisiertes Neon-Schild mit unserem Logo. Ich dachte erst, es sei unmöglich in so kurzer Zeit. Ich habe unser Logo geschickt und erhielt ein Angebot am nächsten Tag. Nach meiner Bestätigung kam ein detailliertes Mockup zur Freigabe, und sie begannen sofort mit der Produktion.Das Schild kam sogar 2 Tage vor dem Event. Superhell, superverarbeitet.

I ordered a custom neon sign for my yoga studio. Something minimal with the word “breathe” in a soft script. The whole experience was incredibly smooth. I used their design tool first, then contacted support to ask about a dimmer option since I wanted the light to stay soft and meditative. Isak replied quickly and explained everything clearly.
After I approved the mockup, it was shipped within a few days and arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was neat, and even the cable was transparent which helped it blend in nicely with our walls.
Now it’s hanging in the front corner of our studio and genuinely sets the mood for every class. Several students have commented on how peaceful it looks. I'm already planning to order a second sign for our other room.
Asiakaspalvelu oli nopee ja rento. Sain vastauksia kaikkee mahdolliseen: väreistä, kaapeleista, ripustamisesta. Mockup tuli samana iltana ku kysyin ja sain tehdä siihen muutoksenkin ilman mitään säätöä. Asennettiin se studiolle. Näyttää kalliilta mut ei ollu!

Preislich wirklich interessant, da vergleichbare Anbieter deutlich teurer waren. Anfangs etwas skeptisch, aber positiv überrascht.
Sowohl die Verarbeitung als auch die Helligkeit des Neons überzeugen. Besonders gut fand ich, dass vor der Produktion ein Mockup zur Freigabe geschickt wurde.

We sent in our restaurant’s logo and received a mockup the very next day. They even helped us adjust the colour slightly to better match our interior palette. The sign shipped safely and was super easy to install.
Looks sharp, works great – and cost half of what local quotes were. 10/10.
